Arel opened his home for a post-Internationals
party in August 2003. Almost 80 Kokondo-ka
played pool, performed music, ate, drank and visited
with friends from around the world until midnight.
One highlight for many people was Shihan's open house
with 53 years of martial arts memories on display for
everyone to enjoy |

After
the June 2002 Stanford Invitational Seminar, Senseis
Hua, Hallock and Cohen got in some training at the
peak of Mt. Tamalpais just North of San Francisco.
It was a spectacular place to practice kata with
wonderful friends.
